Sharon Roose has been instrumental in the field of Title for twenty plus years. Her father had a chain of Escrow companies in the San Fernando Valley, and Sharon quickly became well versed in all aspects. She worked for seven years in Escrow, gaining knowledge in all aspects of Real Estate, creating the foundation to catapult her to the top of her field. She is the #1 Sales Rep. for Lawyers Title in the nation, and has been for over 22 years. Her clients trust her and regard her as a valued friend and trusted liaison.

Sharon is joined by her son, Mark Stipkovich. He attended Crespi High School of Encino, and is a graduate of the University of San Diego, with a BS in Finance and Marketing. Mark has a passion for sports and is an avid competitive golfer. Mark is technically savvy and regularly attends business seminars to keep abreast of new products, market conditions, and changing rules in the Title Industry.
